The ‘Jovan Eco Hause New Life’ aims to deliver a high quality and standard of modern life while also implementing the latest sustainable and eco-conscious practices. Still, though, life on Eco Land will likely be very different than what you're used to.
Once you've had time to adjust and have seen the benefits of living a more cyclical life in tune with nature firsthand, however, we are confident you won't want to live anywhere else.

Eco Hause
An autonomous, off-grid house is the basis, of the whole concept. Currently, building a house and taking care of its heating, cooling, and insulation is a huge expense. The structure of the dome has been known for a long time and is used in many places around the world. Usually, in places with difficult weather conditions. Russia, Mexico, Brazil, Deserts, Arab countries, etc.

Green energy
Thanks to the development of technology, it is now possible to obtain energy from various renewable sources such as solar, wind, and hydropower (the flow of moving water). Our eco- houses will operate using a combination of renewable energy sources guaranteeing autonomy and sustainability.

Technology makes building Eco Land easier. With the exploration and application of modern technologies such as 3D printing and CAD/CAM, we can bring Eco Land's vision to life.
Eco-friendly Food
It is not currently possible to produce healthy, eco-friendly, and affordable organic food on a large scale due to government regulations. As a result, the price of organic food is still very high. To solve this problem you either have to produce the food yourself or buy it directly from reliable farmers. At Eco Land, we have a plan to set up a food-growing community that seeks to fulfill many of the nutritional needs of our prospective inhabitants.

Community living is essential for those who are craving a healthy work/life balance. Without the
combined effort and support of a community, an individual would need to learn and master many skills. As a team, however, the sky is the limit as to what products we can produce, events we can organize, and magic we can create. How do you see yourself contributing to Eco Land?
Water
Water is life. Therefore, it is especially necessary to care for its cleanliness, accessibility, and reusability. The water at Eco Land will be obtained from licensed deep wells, boreholes, and rainwater harvesting and each house will be equipped with its own biological sewage treatment plant, which is much more economical and efficient.
Income
Eco Land has an unlimited potential to provide income for its future inhabitants through selling ecologically grown products, providing tours, becoming an eco-tourism zone, hosting events and retreats, and more. Before that can happen, however, we need visionaries such as yourself to help finance the initial infrastructure through land and property ownership.
