Our values Our pursuit
We want to make it easier for people to thrive.
A note from Jovan
I strive to uphold the concept of the "Jovan Eco Hause New Life" so that anyone who wants to has the opportunity to connect with nature, improve their physical and mental health, live in communion, earn income, and adopt environmentally conscious habits. We hope to achieve this by creating interesting and relevant content, hosting events, sharing our ideas and visions, and developing sustainable technologies, products, and processes.

We strive to create a 100% self-sufficient Orange Eco Land, which will contain round dome structures. Unlike other co-living spaces that glorify a simpler time in the past, Orange Eco Land wants to make it possible to enjoy modern benefits such as fast internet while simultaneously living a more sustainable lifestyle.

We promote a cashless exchange of work and services at Orange Eco Land and provide an opportunity for all landowners and investors to earn income from tourist activities, leading workshops, or selling products. True freedom is time freedom and Orange Eco Land wants to help you achieve that.

I am convinced this concept will help anyone who wants to lead a healthier, freer, happier life. How great would it be if the concept then spread throughout the world and future generations felt compelled to form new Eco-lands?

History

Working on mockups
To understand the structure of a round house, I built a 2V consruction mockup of toothpicks. The roof was made of paper with a circular design. Then I was curious about how to arrange the interior of the house. For this purpose, together with the children, we built a detailed 1:30 scale model of a house with a diameter of 16 m. We placed all the marbles inside and everyone planned their room. It was a beautiful job. And so the dreams of a round ecological house spread out. 3V construction.
2018
Ecological workshop
I bought an old 12 m sea container, which was no longer suitable for transport but for the purpose of the workshop it was great. Of course, I equipped it with a photovoltaic panel with the entire power supply system. It was enough to have electricity for work. Here, the first ecological furniture was created.
History in the World
In 1964, Buckminster Fuller created the concept of dome structures which turned out to be the lightest and most durable structure in the world. In 1967, on the basis of his project, the EXPO building was built, the largest structure of this type in the world.

LOGO
I knew from experience that the logo and name were quite important, moreover, I wanted all e-products to be associated with nature. so I created a logo referring to the whole concept of an ecological home, living, and all healthy products. Both the logo and the name Jovan Eco House New Life, are now registered trademarks throughout the EU

Dome visit
Unexpectedly, during our vacation, we managed to visit a very simple round house with a roof made from PVC. Here, it quickly turned out that the PVC was not what the boom was waiting for from the roof of an ecological house. There were also tree houses made of transparent polycarbonate. It was really fantastic.

Nitka Cafe
On a small area of 400m2 near the house, my wife and I organized a cafe. The idea was simple - promoting a healthy life surrounded by nature. We wanted everyone to have the opportunity to spend their free time in a pleasant environment. Weekly concerts were held in the summer. This is how we imagined life in Eco-land forever more.
Moving to a new home
The workshop in a container quickly proved to be insufficient. `The idea of a round house also required a lot of space to implement. Walking out of the city was perfect and we all gained new skills during the renovation

Healthy Life
The cafes did not offer any alcoholic beverages and my wife in return designed a lot of fantastic drinks served in glass jars, a more sustainable option than plastic of course.

Healthy furniture with a modernist look
Furniture designs made from a combination of epoxy resin and natural wood were created in the new workshop. Much of the furniture, apart from production for customers, was placed in our home.
Break of COVID19
The lockdown in Germany and the hiatus of all activities was very confusing. I decided to use this time to build an eco-house. Unfortunately, German laws are very restrictive and make it impossible to build a round house. I decided to build a small eco house with a structure like in a large target. The Project of Jovan Eco Hause New Life test started here.
2020/2021
Eco land is here.
We all know what life is like today and for many, it is not satisfying. We are seeking an opportunity to be surrounded by nature, connected to our neighbors, and able to spend our time as we wish. Orange Eco Land is the solution.

Eco house and Nitka Cafe
Due to the pandemic, it was not possible to continue the coffee shop and concept design in the form we assumed. However, we rebuilt our garden during the completion of the eco house. Now it looks exactly like a thumbnail of my Eco-Land vision.
