Orange Eco Land - Portugal
There are four possibilities to join this project:
OPTION #1 - Become an Eco Land investor

Orange Eco Land will operate all tourist activities in Eco Land such as the renting, leasing, and selling of holiday homes, brokerage, etc. Each investor will receive a profit commensurate with the contribution. You can invest from EUR 20,000, which is a 2% share up to a maximum EUR 100,000, which is a 10% share
Sample investment calculation with a minimum turnover:
2% contribution = 20,000 euros
An example of the turnover from the tourist activity of Eco Land
€ 10,000 / month x 8 months (season) = € 80,000
€ 5,000 / month x 4 months (low season) = € 20,000
€ 100,000 a year - 15% of the maintenance costs = 85,000 euros x 2% input = € 1,700
1,700 euros with a contribution of 20,000 euros = 8.5% of the profit per year
Sample investment calculation with lower turnover:
2% contribution = 20,000 euros
An example of the turnover from the tourist activity of Eco Land
€ 30,000 / month x 8 months (season) = € 240,000
€ 15,000 / month x 4 months (low season) = € 60,000
€ 300,000 a year - 15% of the maintenance costs = 250,000 euros x 2% input = € 5100
5100 euros with a contribution of 20,000 euros = 25 % of the profit per year
**The number of shares is limited, applications will be closed by 01/05/2023
One-time booking of participation 500 eur
Payment of 20% of the share by June 7, 2022
Payment of the rest of the share up to November 10, 2022
OPTION #2 - Purchase of an Eco House
There are currently two house designs to choose from
1. EcoDrop POD - 28 m2 house intended exclusively for tourist rent.
A very good and inexpensive investment to create income and enjoy your own holiday home. The house is fully equipped and 100% self-sufficient. Tourist and technical services will be provided by Eco Land as the rental operator.
Price 55 500 eur
Rent per night in the Algarve region is 80 - 200 euro/night
Sample investment calculation:
Season In Portugal 240 days x using 180 Day’s€ 125/night = € 22 500
Eco land operation cost like booking fee, cleaning, etc.. € 22 500 - 30 % = € 15 750
Eco Land - maintenance of nature, places of shared use cost € 1550/year
Return on investment 2-3 years
15,750 euros with a contribution of 55,500 euros = 28 % of the profit per year

2. Eco Glass House - 84 m4 house intended for tourist rental or for residence.
A very good investment to generate income and have your own holiday home - and a good alternative to owning a house in the event of unforeseen events.
The house is fully equipped and 100% self-sufficient, the tourist and technical service will be provided by Eco Land as the rental operator.
Price 180 000 eur
Rent per night in the Algarve region is 200 - 500 euro/night
Sample investment calculation:
all year season 330 days x using 200 day’s € 230/night = € 46 000
Eco land operation cost like booking fee, cleaning etc.. € 46 000 - 30 % = € 32 200
Eco Land - maintenance of nature, places of shared use cost € 1550/year
Return on investment 5 years
32 200 euros with a contribution of 180 000 euros = 18 % of the profit per year

OPTION #3 - Lease land for tourist activities or to host your own business
Lease 5 years - 15 000 eur
Lease 10 years - 15 000 eur
OPTION #4 - Invest your time and get a 1% stake in Orange Eco Land
If none of the options above work for you but you would still like to be part of Eco Land, there is a solution.
We want 20 people in various professions determined to live in and help build Eco Land. For your determination, work and effort you will receive a 1% share (1000 m2 of land) and a fair stake in the tourist activity of Eco Land. The number of people is limited to 20.
